These terms govern use of the HiFox Clinic EMRS patient portal (including registration and login). The clinic remains responsible for medical care and official records. The clinic is responsible for public website content (text, images, contact details) published through the branch portal.

By using the portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party issues may affect availability.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable between your clinic and HiFox Software, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
